I love WordPress. That’s the reason this pre-launch checklist of a site is based on WordPress. This list is my personal list. You can add or remove any points according to your demand.
Website Pre-launch Checklist
a)Database Name, User Name, and Password: These should be different from website name or brand name. Keep your password safe.
B)Database prefix: By default, WordPress sets database prefix as “Wp_.” I will recommend changing the database prefix

Cross Device Functionality
Your website must be functional in the different device like desktop, mobile, etc. People around the world visit your site through various devices, screen size. So before going for launching site cross-device functionality must be checked.

Good Navigational Planning
Excellent navigational is system is part and parcel of a website. Think about a post. If you can reach the position within three clicks indicates you have a good navigational system. Otherwise, re-think about your navigational plan.
a) Manual Optimization: Open your picture in Photoshop. Resize it. Then save it for the web.
b) Using Plugin: There are many plugins to optimize photos. Among them, I like Wp Smush plugin.
