
The PSC re-scrutiny process is also known as Board Challenge process or Board Challenge. We are here today to discuss this process and we will also guide you properly in this whole process. What is PSC/PECE exam?
PSC (Primary School Certificate) is a national examination in Bangladesh. All students those are near at the end of their fifth year in primary schooling they can take place in this examination. After children’s ends their five years of primary education, this is the first public exam in their educational career.
PSC/PECE exam 2023
Every year the highest number of candidates takes place on this examination. Gradually every year the number of candidates is rising. This year total of 25,53,267 general stream candidates will receive their sit for PSC; in the meantime, 3,50,371 students are going to sit for Ebtedayee examination. This year the PSC will be held at 7,460 centres all over the country. Those students who live in abroad, for the 12 centres are organised. Overseas centres in Jeddah, Riyadh, Medina, Doha, Tripoli, Oman, Bahrain, Abu-Dhabi, Qatar and Dubai. During the time of PSC/PECE, all coaching centres would remain closed.
- This year students have been asked to be present at the exam centres 30 minutes earlier, to avoid all unnecessary things.
- Inside the exam hall, students will not be allowed to take any electronic devices and all other things that can be used for copying.
- To avoid any unpleasant situations, additional members of law enforcing agencies will be deployed in and around the exam centres.
- This year the exam starts on 17th November and end on November 24.
- For individual children’s extra 30 minutes will be given in every examination. In 2009 this exam was first introduced and equivalent Ebtedayee was in 2010.
Both general and madrasa students will attend in their English examination first, and then they will appear for their Bangla examination on 18th November. General students will participate in their science examination on November 20 in the meantime madrasa students will attend in their Arabic study. The exam will start at 10:30 am and end at 1 pm.

PSC/PECE Re-Scrutiny Result Process
Lots of students pass the exam every year, but not everyone gets their expected result. If a student or their parents think that he or their child didn’t get the expected result and if they want to confirm it for one more time, they can apply for Re-Scrutiny Result or Board Challenge.
Now at this point, we are going to discuss the whole process. At first, we have to know about the grading system for this examination. Result of this exam based on GPA (Grade point average). The grading system depends on each subject average grade point. If a student gets 70 marks out of 100, will count as GP 4.00 and 69 marks will count as GP 3.50

PSC Board Challenge process details
The whole process is straightforward and simple; all you want is a Taletalk pre-paid sim card. Now follow all this instruction:
★ First, go to your mobile message option and type RSC <space> the first three letters of your education board <space>your Roll number <space> the subject code and then send this to 16222.
As an example: RSC CHI 653924 101
After that you will get another SMS it will give you a pin code. For the next SMS, you will use that code.
★ Now again go to your mobile message option and type RSC <space>
Yes <space> pin code <space> Your Phone number and send this to 16222
Example: RSC Yes 6673 017********
★After this SMS you will get a tracking number, that number is essential for Board Challenge so save that number.
Now those who want to challenge multiple papers, they must enter the subject code with a comma.
Example:101,103,107,108
Apply date: 29th December
Last date: 4th January most probably
Applying fee: Per subject 125 taka
When does PSC Re-Scrutiny process start?
After publishing the result, Re-Scrutiny process will start. If anyone wants to apply for this, he/she must use within 5days.
